Debra Morgan, played by actress Jennifer Carpenter, Dexter Morgan is sister on the hit Showtime series Dexter. She has pretty much been the leading lady, since the series started in 2006 works for Miami Metro Police Department, she begins the series as a normal "badge" (cop) only do what they can, out to try and move the ranks to the top.
In Season 1, Episode 1 we restarted to see Debra at a crime scene, Dexter is called to which a prostitute who was chopped into several pieces. She is dressed as a prostitute, but only because she worked undercover. With one of the worst mouths have you ever listened to a young lady, Debra could make all parents immediately change the TV channel. She is very bold and to the point. This is what you love so many people about her character.
Later in Season 1, was sent seduced by the villain season / serial killer known as the "Ice Truck Killer", obviously not knowing at the time that he is a serial killer. It was taken and nearly killed only by her brother Dexter in the penultimate episode of season 1 of him, this event lets traumatized and restless are stored to people for a long time after. She eventually finds love here and there, but from that day on, she has her job, but put their immediate family especially.
She later placed in the homicide of Miami Metro Dexter and the rest of the cast. After events, the season ended 2 she is given her shield and promoted detective. She has been through a lot, but thanks to her brother Dexter, she has always someone to speak and to lead them.
Currently in Season 5, Episode 5, Debra is still the best detective in Miami metro homicide division and she lives in Dexter's old apartment with Dexter and his son Harrison. Although it has sometimes get on my nerves, I think she really enjoys her life to them. Dexter has always been there for them this opportunity, it has to pay back in a way really makes them happy.
