Burning coal causes more deaths Air pollution in China, the study finds
BEIJING -. coal combustion has the impact most unhealthy of all air pollution source in China and caused 366,000 premature deaths in 2013, the Chinese and US researchers said on Thursday
coal is responsible for about 40 percent of fine particulate matter known as PM deadly of the name 2.5 in the atmosphere of China, according to a study, the researchers released in Beijing.
These figures are consistent with what Chinese scientists said in recent years about the coal combustion industry and its relation to air pollution.
study, which was peer reviewed, was born of a collaboration between Tsinghua University in Beijing, one of the best Chinese research universities and the Health Effects Institute , based in Boston, a research center that receives funding from the protection Agency of the US environment and the global auto industry. Researchers main objective was to identify the main air pollution sources leading to premature deaths in China.
The study attributed 155,000 deaths in 2013 related to the ambient temperature PM2.5 industry burning coal, and 86,500 deaths in the burning of coal in power plants. Fuel combustion of coal and biomass in households was another major cause of the disease this year, resulting in 177,000 deaths, the study concluded.
The researchers also found that transportation was a major cause of mortality related to PM 2.5, with 137,000 deaths attributed to it in 2013 . in recent years, Chinese scientists reported that motor vehicle emissions are the main source of air pollution in cities, but not as great as burning coal. vehicle ownership is increasing rapidly in China, and officials, automakers and oil and gas companies have blurred the establishment of emission standards.
China consumes almost as much coal each year as all other countries combined, and the burning of coal in the country is the largest source of both air pollutant emissions and greenhouse gases, main cause of climate change. Chinese cities are among the most polluted in the world. Northern provinces of China, where steel plants, cement and power are common, have the highest concentrations of PM 2.5 in the country.
But the growth of China's coal consumption began to slow down. Last year there was a slight decline in the use of coal compared to 2014, primarily due to an economic downturn that was faster and deeper than many experts had expected.
In addition, the Chinese government announced plans in 2013, when the popular anxiety about air pollution has reached new heights, to limit the use of coal in the three major centers population in the east. Placing limits on the use of coal is also compatible with the commitments made by President Xi Jinping to try to reduce the effects of climate change.
The new proposed study four possible scenarios based on different government policies, and each projection showed a decrease in PM 2.5 average levels in the coming years.
But summary of the study, the researchers said that "despite these reductions in air pollution, it is expected that the overall burden of health to increase in 2030 due to the aging population and becomes more sensitive to the most closely related to air pollution diseases. "
Even in the strictest policies on the use of coal and energy efficiency, coal should remain biggest contributor to PM 2.5 and the burden of health China in 2030, according to the study.
study was followed by a global burden of Disease study death review in 2013 which estimated that PM2.5 contributed to 2.9 million premature deaths worldwide, with 64 percent of those in China, India and other developing countries in Asia. the premature deaths exposure to PM 2.5 are also high in Eastern Europe. a larger study of 2,013 deaths was published last year by the Lancet, a British medical journal.
This study estimated the number of premature deaths in China in 2013 related to PM 2.5 exposure to 916,000 out of a population of 1.4 billion. The researchers found that air pollution outside is the fifth leading cause of premature deaths in China, behind high blood pressure, smoking, high consumption of sodium and low fruit consumption. air pollution household was the sixth leading cause.
A previous global burden of disease study that examined the health figures for 2010 revealed that air pollution outside contributed to 1.2 million premature deaths, nearly 40 percent of the world total. Exposure to ambient particulate matter this year was the fourth leading cause of premature death in China.
In 2013, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development, based in Paris, warned that "urban air pollution is set to become the environmental cause of death worldwide by 2050, in ahead of dirty water and poor sanitation. "He said that nearly 3.6 million people could eventually die prematurely from air pollution every year, mostly in China and India.

Seven other myths of Robert's Rules
Although the most popular manual of rules for modern conference behavior is "Roberts Rules of Order", it seems that few people have skimmed the book , less still have to read the book in depth, and even fewer understand how the rules work together as a whole.
as the result is a lot of misinformation is perpetuated from generation to generation through oral tradition.
All seven "myths" listed below wrong according to the current edition of "Robert's Rules of Order Revised New" (11th edition, Da Capo Press, 2011). That is, the myth either no textual support in Robert's Rules, or even by Robert refuted rules.
However, the "myth" can be true for your organization if the parliamentary rule of a superior rule contradicts such statutes own constitution, statutes and applicable state corporations code, there where a conflict between rules is present, there the superior dominion over the conflicting rule in Parliament authority.
How many of these seven "myths" you hear? How many did you think?
1). An installation ceremony must, before the newly elected officials can be held serve.
Incorrect. officers take office at election to be final. No delay is necessary.
2). A "mistrust" removed an officer from office.
Incorrect. A mistrust (or a vote of confidence) away no one from the office. He can express an opinion expressed, but no more.
. 3) It is true, be ordered to leave for the candidate / candidates in the boardroom when an election is about to begin.
Incorrect. to leave a Member no room unless can be ordered through a disciplinary measure.
. 4) A person who does not exist can not be nominated, and can not be selected.
Incorrect. can be A person nominated in absentia. If elected, the absent electee must give its consent before the election is to be final. If the absentee electee from the office, so the choice will be incomplete, and a further ballot is OK.
5). After a committee report, it is right to move for someone: "That the committee report be accepted."
Incorrect. When a report containing a recommendation, the recommendation itself is moving, not the entire text of the report. Some reports do not contain recommendations. Such reports do not require additional movement since the report must be automatically filed by the secretary in the correct archive. However, exceptions to this general practice are possible, such as a report of the historian, where the full text of the report, in fact, to be formally adopted as an official position of the organization, although there are no recommendations.
6.) protocol must contain the name of the seconder.
Incorrect. not the name seco DERS take minutes. Roberts Rules of Order says that the name of the rotor is to be included for the main movements, but not the name of a seconder.
. 7) minutes must not be taken in an executive session. (also known as "in-camera session" or "secret meeting" or "closed session")

A brief introduction to behavioral economics
The study of human behavior that has come under the traditional umbrella of psychology, little relationship with the economy seems to have.
But as we learn more about how the brain works through the dual disciplines of neuroscience and psychology, there is an increasing marriage to the field of business, in order to better understand how people make financial decisions to to meet.
This has developed in recent years and is an emergent field that deserves a brief introduction and explanation.
The traditional view of the economy and financial decisions
It is sometimes forgotten in the economy, that the field on the human behavior should be when financial decisions to make.
is the traditional view of economists that the world populated by sober, logical decision-makers who always think rationally to draw their conclusions. This view is underpinned by the understanding that human behavior shows three important characteristics :. Unlimited rationality unlimited willpower and unlimited selfishness
This has given the findings of cognitive and social psychologists ever flown, the assumptions made as far back as this question in the 1950s.
With the rise of behavioral neuroscience since the 1980s (especially Kahneman work) provide more insight into the workings of the brain, we are now safer than ever about the role that emotions and bias plays in all decisions. wearing of simple day-to-day decisions, such as the dress, to larger decisions that may affect many people
arrogance and optimism are two examples of behavioral characteristics that may result in suboptimal financial decisions and detract from the traditional model used. People have also has bad decisions to make , even if they know it. Not the best , due to lack of self-control
So that's where behavioral economics has shown many of the beliefs of traditional economic view of step and change
What is behavioral economics.? - And how it can help
behavioral economics and behavioral finance study the impact of psychological, social, cognitive and emotional factors in economic decisions.
This may apply to persons or institutions, and includes the impact on market prices, dividends and allocation of resources search.
described by the three traits of human behavior in the traditional model above include, unlimited rationality has received special focus, has a new understanding in the field of neuroscience result.
better understand how people can get in financial decisions will help in many areas: from the personal finances to organizations products and try to get the design of customer sign-ups; , And on the whims of trading to governments and how they formulate the finance laws
Perhaps behavioral economics can in future help people to make better decisions in order to secure their financial future; it may even have helped if more attention were paid to them in the lead up to the global financial crisis in 2008
Zambian President Edgar Lungu wins narrow victory as Rival Demands Recount
JOHANNESBURG - President Edgar Lungu of Zambia eked out a victory in the last Thursday's elections, according to official results announced Monday afternoon. But his main rival challenged the impartiality of electoral officials and demanded a recount.
After an exceptionally violent campaign in a country considered one of the most stable democracies in Africa, Mr. Lungu has collected 50.35 percent of the vote, just over the threshold of votes to avoid a runoff. The main opposition candidate, a wealthy businessman, Hakainde Hichilema, won 47.67 percent of the total.
Commission officials had initially said they would release the final results early Sunday, but the vote count took longer because of unexpected participation basis. The party of Mr Hichilema, the United Party for National Development, attributed the delay to the Electoral Commission of Zambia, accusing him of election fraud.
In a news conference on Sunday, incomplete results showed that trailed behind the president, Mr. Hichilema cited irregularities in the counting in Lusaka, the capital, and demanded a recount.
"the question is, will the elections be defined as free and fair, transparent and credible in this environment?" He said. "My answer is not. "
Commission officials rejected his accusations.
M .. Hichilema, who was a presidential candidate for the fifth time, lost to Mr. Lungu 2015 by a narrow margin in a special election to complete the term of President Michael Sata who died in October 2014.
rivalry "candidates, as well as the stagnant economy of Zambia, fueled a bitter campaign marked by killings and widespread violence. Last month, the electoral commission ordered the suspension of the country for 10 days in Lusaka and another district after clashes between the two main parties.
many election observers said supporters of both parties were responsible for the violence, and criticized M . Lungu for the use of government resources, especially the police, to his advantage.
Monitors from the European Union said that, while voting itself went well on election day the campaign had been "hampered by several factors. "
in a published Saturday evaluation, the European Union said that the police had acted to" unjustly block the event of short-term opposition parties. "Furthermore, the state media new consistently shown a bias in favor of Mr. Lungu and opposition parties ignored or portrayed negatively, and "limit the possibility for voters to make an informed choice," said the union.
In what observers have described as another attempt to control news coverage, the tax authorities have closed only independent newspaper in the nation, The Post during the campaign.
Zambia, which has seen successful elections and transfers of power since 1991, was among the first African countries where multiparty democracy emerged. Until last year, Zambia, Africa's second largest copper producer after the Democratic Republic of Congo has experienced rapid economic growth due to strong demand from China.
But a slowdown in China and a collapse in copper prices led to a severe economic downturn. Now that the elections are over, Zambia should enter into discussions with the International Monetary Fund for a bailout.

Turkey for the disclosure of tens of thousands of prisoners to Make Room for Coup Suspects
ISTANBUL - Turkey said on Wednesday he would empty his dozens of prisons of thousands of criminals to make room for the wave of journalists, teachers, lawyers and judges rounded related failure of the coup last month.
the surprising decision to so many criminals convicted of non-violent offenses back in the streets is a measure strains on the state as president Recep Tayyip Erdogan expanding a broad purge of those suspected enemies of the government. Efforts have created gaping holes in government institutions, judiciary, schools, news media and countless other professions.
Acting under the powers conferred by the emergency and allow the state status to bypass Parliament to pass new laws, Turkey said in a decree published Wednesday it would begin release up to 38,000 prisoners, about one in five people behind bars. Most will be released at the end of the week.
The government blamed the attempted coup, which took place the night of July 15 as a rebel faction of the army sought to overthrow the government, Fethullah Gulen on a Muslim cleric who lives in voluntary exile in rural Pennsylvania and whose followers have long held positions in state institutions, including the military. But the state has far exceeded the arrest that army officers suspected of planning the attempted coup.
Prisons filled to capacity in the weeks after the attempted coup, and many detainees were sleeping in public areas of prisons, often without any bedding, said Turkdogan Ozturk, President of Association of human rights in Turkey. Authorities also used sports arenas to house the flood of prisoners.
"This is a serious abuse cases, and prisoners suffer from serious health problems as a result," Mr Turkdogan said.
More than 40,000 people were detained or arrested on charges related to the coup, officials say. Tens of thousands of others, including teachers, police officers, state officials and even airline employees have lost their jobs. In some cases, the state has seized property without due process, activists say.
"There are many arbitrary practices," said Andrew Gardner, researcher on Turkey for Amnesty International.
According to the press prisoner plan convicted criminals who have served in least half of their sentence will be supervised on parole. the government has said that those guilty of murder, rape or other violent crimes were not eligible for release.
"the conditions were already bad before attempted coup because they were at capacity, "said Sezgin Tanrikulu, a legislator with the main secular opposition group, the Republican people's Party. Now, he says. "We have heard reports of two to three people sharing beds and have to sleep in corridors"
M .. Tanrikulu said his party supported the program prisoner release as a necessary measure to reduce overcrowding, but added that it should have been done in consultation with Parliament. "it is not appropriate to use the state of emergency to overthrow the rule of law in Turkey, "he said.
the activists of human rights have raised concerns that the government makes no distinction between those who have committed criminal acts to support the coup and people who may have donated money to charities linked to Mr. GĂĽlen, held on accounts in banks affiliated with him or attended schools associated with the Church.
in the Meanwhile, the Erdogan government has accelerated an already widespread crackdown on freedom of expression, closing more than 100 news items suspected of containing links to Mr. GĂĽlen and arresting dozens of journalists.
Since the failed blow, Turkey has once again become leading jailer of journalists in the world, a position held country a few years ago , according to Reporters without borders, an international defense group.
"It is very unfortunate," said Orhan Kemal Cengiz, a lawyer columnist and human rights who was detained shortly after the attempted coup, with reference to prisoner releases. He said that the government would release "thieves, all criminals, to fill prisons with intellectuals, writers, activists of human rights, and others, as well as people of the coup. "
The scale purges concern raised in the West that Turkey is Backsliding on Human Rights, having shown an improvement on that front he was seeking membership in the European Union.
Amnesty International recently released a report accusing the Turkish security forces beat and torture suspects imprisoned coup. Moreover, photos of prisoners, many of them bruised or with black eyes, circulated on social media. Turkish officials have denied all allegations of torture or other abuse.
At the same time, Turkey has reduced the rights of prisoners, raising fears that the purges are conducted beyond the rule of law, and the accused will be unable to defend themselves so adequate.
A decree under the state of emergency restricts visits by lawyers and family members. The state now has the right to record conversations between prisoners and their lawyers, and in some cases, government officials are present for these discussions.
"This leads to censorship because people are afraid of repercussions, especially in cases of torture and reports of abuse," said Mr. Turkdogan, the Association of rights man. "They can not share confidential information about their cases. Under these conditions, how can we defend? Even those who are guilty have the right to defend itself. "

Evictions by gunmen Rattle a Mexican Tourist Paradise
At the heart of the dispute are competing land claims that date back decades. Business owners who have been deported say they are stripped of their oceanfront property through a complex system of fraud involving acts of land false false contracts and violations of due process, facilitated by corrupt officials and judges. The scarcity of public records, business owners say, did defend their property claims even more difficult.
"American tourists need to really know what is happening here," said Ken Wolf, an American entrepreneur who lost his hotel in Tulum in a similar raid ago several years. "This n 'there is no rule of law. "
When Mr. Jacquet, who is French, has bought his first piece of land here in 2004, long known as the seaside Punta Piedra, he was vaguely aware that his property is not airtight
"it was amazing to find a place like that:. so undeveloped, so close to New York, "Mr. Jacquet, 52, said in a recent interview; he wore a T-shirt and a pink cotton pants style after pajama bottoms.
He and his wife had considered buying an apartment in New York, but decided to build a house instead of the beach. "It was obvious," he said.
In the early 2000s, the waterfront Tulum was largely undeveloped, with no utilities and no cell phone service, but it has attracted entrepreneurs and rewarded their spontaneity simple hotels -. a bit inspired by palapas, traditional huts made from tree branches and thatch palm - began to emerge from the dunes Shops and restaurants open the atmosphere was.. relaxed, carefree and fun.
"It was the primitive luxury," says Nicolás Malleville, an Argentine model who in 2003 opened Coqui Coqui, a hotel that has become a destination for the world of fashion and was seized in raids in June "We had to play Robinson Crusoe."
There was also a loose adherence to the rules, which at the time worked for the pioneers. The new houses and hotels have often been on the rise without all necessary government approvals. and when the authorization was secured, it was sometimes bribes.
"Today, if the federal government comes with the law in hand and analyzes the situation ecological, I do not think anyone would, "said MatĂas González, one of the business partners of Mr. Malleville.
Tulum was able to maintain its human scale, the iconoclastic sensitivity partly because of the legal uncertainties surrounding land, which kept the major hotel chains at bay.
When he bought his first parcel of land, the understanding was that Mr. Jacquet had been part of a parcel of 26,000 acres that was set aside in the early 1970s for members of an agricultural collective, or ejido, as part of a government effort to formalize property rights for landless farmers and encourage settlement in populated areas.
But he soon learned that the family of the northern state of Nuevo distant Leon claimed to have a title to a portion of the land of the ejido, a conflict that had percolated for years.
M .. Jacquet did not let discouraging. "I was watching everyone, and we were not worried because nobody had lost their land," he said.
In the late 2000s, however, Tulum was taken off as a destination Holiday. Room rates soared, making the properties more attractive seafront as acquisition targets.
A the first signs important for business owners came on 30 November 2009.
This morning, two dozen police and a judge took on Ocho Tulum, a hotel owned by Mr. Wolf, American entrepreneur. he was sitting on a plot by the sea he had rented since 2005 under a 30-year lease. in 2006, before beginning construction, he had learned that there was a competing application for part of the land, but decided to go ahead with the project.
"I heard it probably would not be anything," he said. "I never thought that I am at risk of losing it."
He contested his defeat in court, but was defeated after years of litigation.
The seizure of property Mr. Wolf stunned Tulum, but people have continued to construct and tourists kept coming.
for Mr. Jacquet, fear hiding in the back of his mind. "It is like crossing from France to England swimming and you are halfway through and you think: Maybe you should not be there. But what are you gonna do? You go back? You keep swimming! "
The expulsions continued. There were in 2011, and another round in 2013.
In May 2014, four more hotels were seized by order of a judge in a working deal. Two men had sued the estate of a former owner, claiming they were owed millions of dollars in unpaid wages, and a judge awarded them the four properties as payment.
the Tulum hotel Association found no trace of the men who worked Tulum. in addition, the hotel owners said they had never been notified that their properties have been the subject of a lawsuit.
at that time, Mr. Jacquet said: "I knew that anything was possible"
Shaken by the evictions, many business owners have started negotiating with families Nuevo LeĂłn to buy their securities.. (The current sale price is about $ 1,000 per square meter, business operators said.)
As in previous rounds of expulsions, the scanning in June seemed to catch them by surprise targets. And as in 2014, a court decision - in a case that the expelled parties said they had no knowledge - prompted the seizure of property
last month embassies. four European countries - France, Italy, the Netherlands and Portugal - sent a joint letter to the Foreign Minister of Mexico expressing "great concern" about the expulsions and ask the authorities to conduct ( a spokesman for "a deep and serious investigation." Governor Roberto Borge Quintana Roo, Tulum is the state, did not respond to requests for comment.)
Mario Cruz RodrĂguez, General manager tourism Tulum, said that legal challenges have accelerated in recent years because Tulum is "a jewel - it is a gold mine."
17 property seized in June are now kept by the same group of men who participated in the evictions, some of them armed with machetes. business signs were torn, padlocked doors, walled entrances with concrete blocks.
On a recent afternoon, Mr. Jacquet walked along the waterfront and stopped in front of his property. "This is us," he said, gesturing beyond the dune vegetation and palm trees in the cluster of houses that he and his wife had built.
Suddenly a man in a T-shirt and shorts emerged from the shade of a tree on the property, muttering in a walkie-talkie. other men began streaming on several shuttered properties. We carried a large branch. . young couples stroll along the beach in a swimsuit slalomed through the swarm of men outstretched, looking puzzled
M .. Jacquet was surrounded and bombarded with questions: Who are you? What are you doing here?
that night, rumors swirled of a conspiracy among residents Tulum injured to start a counterinvasion and chase the guards. a paramilitary We talked about 300 to 400 people.
the next day, the protesters blocked two roads Tulum reviews for over an hour, paralyzing traffic, including road along the beach. They wore fluorescent billboards with messages written by hand denouncing evictions and government corruption.

Staff: Shut detention camps, Australia
The announcement came less than a day after more than 100 current and former members of the detention camp personnel off coast of Australia called for all refugees to be moved immediately, say children's lives are "destroyed".
"both Papua New Guinea and Australia are in agreement that the center should be closed," Papua New Guinea Prime Minister Peter O'Neill said on Facebook.
the detention center was hosting asylum seekers since 2012. refugees arriving in Australia by boat were transferred to offshore centers in small Pacific nations such as Nauru and Papua New Guinea to make it clear that they would not be installed in Australia.

So So far, only the center of Manus Island is scheduled to close. The Nauru center remains open.
Speaking from inside the detention center on Manus, Lebanon held Ahmed Trad told CNN he hoped the closure would be good for him and his fellow prisoners on the island.
"I have nothing to lose ... we really suffer enough," said Trad. "These two years, they were very terrible to me."
There are no regulations in Australia
In a statement detailing the stories of abuse and neglect on Manus island and Nauru, 103 staff of the detention camp said the government should provide refugees and asylum seekers back to Australia.
But the Australian Minister for Immigration Peter Dutton refugees still in establishing Manus Island would never settled in Australia.
"It has been the longstanding position of this government to work with PNG Manus to close and support people in their transition to PNG or return to their country of origin, "he said in a statement.
Reacting to comments of Dutton, Trad described as stultifying.
" no future here, no life, no work, no society, no security, no nothing, "he told CNN.
"the world needs to take the lead Australia"
"We do not need another inquiry that will extend any solution. We need them to be immediately brought to Australia, and the world needs to take the lead Australia."
In a series of tweets Tuesday Nauru government official Twitter account called the abuse reports made.
The children dream more, ex-officer said youth
Katie Price, a former child and youth recreation officer on Nauru, said that children finished devoid of emotion.
"I looked at the lives of these children from being destroyed by these camps," she said.
Dutton, Minister Australian immigration, said he understood that people wanted all refugees released from detention.
"the fact is I have to make decisions to remove people as quickly as possible, as we have done with all children in detention, but it must be done in a way that we do not see the boats and the sea in death again, "he said.
Seaborn told CNN the allegations in the report are only the tip of what was happening in the detention centers of Australia.
"the government accuses us of making a large number of these incidents. I went there, I saw, and indeed what happened, "she said.
Seaborn said when she" d first went to Nauru in 2013, she had met, normal friendly children who had dreams of a career or a new life in Australia.
"When we left, you would not hear the dreams or hopes. They were very withdrawn; they were verbally assaulted by security guards on a daily basis, "she said.
Whenever she or her colleagues would report abuse or sexual harassment, Seaborn said she saw little monitoring or significant changes in the camp operations.
"I saw a child under 10 years just fall on the floor and screaming and squirming and scratching his face until he is bleeding," she said. " behavior like that is a level of anxiety that is very hard to describe. "
Australia defends as humanitarian
policydespite reports of abuse in the camps off the country, Australian leaders have defended the policy as a humanitarian way to prevent people drowning at sea.
Between 2007 and 2013, the Australian government says at least 1,200 people have died trying to make the trip on the water.
CNN contributed to this report.
Room (2015) Review
What Josef Fritzl, Ariel Castro and Old Nick have in common? It is the fact that they hijacked all young women, put them in a room, so they detained there for several years, raped and starved them, but were eventually caught and sentenced to life imprisonment. The only difference is that Fritzl and Castro are real people, while Old Nick is a fictional character of Emma Donoghue novel room , which was subsequently made into a film with the same title. Donoghue book was inspired by the Fritzl case - he kept his own daughter in a cellar for 24 years and had seven children with her
watching the film room , you can not help. but remember the shocking stories of Fritzl and Castro, and the ordeal that the women who had to carry abducted.
room leads us in Ma (Brie Larson) and her son, Jack (Jacob Tremblay) who become five years old. The room is actually a shed in the backyard of old Nicks connection. We learn that Ma Joy Newman is actually that in this shed seven years. When she was seventeen, she was tricked by Old Nick that his dog fell down somewhere and that they needed help. She helped him, but as a result she was captured. They finally got pregnant, but she decided her child maintains retain later in an interview that her son no one but her. She has a certain coexistence developed with her kidnapper, because it brings necessary for survival items such as food and clothing, but also for her son, Old Nick is someone you had better stay away from and avoid. Every night when Old Nick goes to sleep with her, she would put Jack in the closet. If Old Nick showed an interest in Jack, she was very protective. They escape had succeeded, but are held after seven years in a small windowless room in cages, found joy in the world to take up too much in.
This film shows not to be locked up the harrowing details in a room, as they say from a child's perspective. One can the fragmented cinematic movement in film catch as Jacks playfulness and imagination are emphasized. Proving to be resourceful, used Ma eggshells and fabric rolls as a toy for Jack. Ma violent love for her son, Jack allowed the boy prefers to grow for literature and brains, too. When Ma came up with a bold plan for escape, it was by Jack that it was materialized. If Ma decided to take an overdose of pills, it was Jack who discovered and called for help. The bond that the mother and son, like an umbilical cord connecting, without so much drama is claimed.
Larson and Tremblay were some outstanding performances here. Tremblay action is so innocent and raw that it feels like he's not acting. Joan Allen as Ma mother was also brilliant support act through a range of emotions from relief, anger and guilt indicates. If there is a downside to this film, it throws William H. Macy as Ma Dad. He plays the part, and if the script speak over more were considering its apology over to tell him parts and over again.
Fritzl, Castro and Old Nick also jointly have a different matter. The women who have kidnapped them managed to escape successfully and lived to tell their stories. room give you a glimpse of what it means to be in their shoes.
He did not say, I love you already? What this really means for your relationship
There is a very special moment in every relationship, which keeps a woman for her breath. It's when your husband tells you he loves you. Ideally, he would first say it, and it will happen in a wonderful, memorable place. You will remember everything left on the second those fateful words his lips. The shirt he wore, as his hair was styled and what his cologne smelled all important nuances of the moment when you both knew that you would be life partner. It all sounds so dreamy and ideal, is not it? Based on experience, most of us that it's not usually like this. He is usually the words at the most inopportune time as blurt when we are stopped at a red light or during a football game. Regardless of the circumstances of the delivery, the words, the relevance and relationship are changing. Unfortunately, not all people achieve a point where they feel comfortable to share these words. If it now been months or even years, and he did not say, I love you still, what exactly mean for you and your future with him?
never forget Different You and your husband are
I have often heard women say that they want men as they were more. In a way, that would be wonderful, but essentially we love men because they are men. Her husband does not handle his emotions in the same manner do. When he falls in love with you at first glance, the chances are very good that he is only months into the relationship with you, that share news. The same applies to the man in love with his wife at a slow pace. He will not give updates about what he feels. Men simply are not wired.
Sharing deep and meaningful feelings for a man emotionally him feel vulnerable. It is very much like it to take the armor from his heart and he put himself in the firing line. If you do not respond positively to its declaration of worship or when you say something hurtful, it will pain him. In a way that nothing else could A man must feel very secure in his relationship to before he be willing to blurt that he loves you.
Close attention to his actions rather than his words Pay
much can therefore be gained by really pay attention to how your man acts when he is around you. There are certain behavior patterns that synchronize with a man who is truly and madly in love. You can believe that he is not in love, if he does not say the words, but do not discount how he treats you. For a man to fight with the opening up to the point where he feels very vulnerable, in fact, his actions should give you a great insight into what is in his heart.
An illustrative example is the man who rushes through his time so that he spend with the woman as much time as possible he worships. Nothing matters quite as much to him as to see her smiling face at the end of his working day. The same applies to the man who sends a few text messages or e-mails during the day. His mind is clear to the woman he cares. Each small gestures like this should be seen for what they are, and that is a strong sign that his heart is set on the woman in his life.
See His commitment to you as a sign of what is in His heart
When a man other women stopped and its focus is always on you, he is thrilled. Men are notorious for wanting to play the field. Once a man keeps looking, thinking about it and seeing other women that you should take note. He can not say that he loves you outright but the fact that he has lost interest in other women attractive, speaks volumes about how he sees you.
This is particularly clear when he suggested that you do not other people see you or that you two date only exclusively. If he does not mention it, it obviously means that he wants you to himself, and that has much more to do normally with a man's heart than his ego.
A man in love wants a tight circle around the drawing Woman. The center of his world He is a danger of other men on the horizon and he has no eyes for other women also do not want not. His focus is on his hand, and he will ask you to focus on him.
Be with a man who does not to you Connected bills Emotional
As much as you want hope that he loves you, even if it is left to say has, you of fact need to be aware that his reluctance to express it based on the fact that he simply does not feel it. If you have told your friend that you love him and you're with dead silence, or he changes the subject very quickly, it's easy to jump to the assumption that he is not in love and talking very uncomfortable about the issue at all.
is Some men are working hard to avoid any discussion of feelings. They will say things like: "I'm not ready for a serious relationship yet" or "love is overrated." If your husband has brought similar feelings to you expressed, you have every right to be discouraged. He tells you, in a very roundabout and non-caring way that he simply did not feel the same things.
It is up to you to determine whether you want to continue to invest in a relationship like this. Admittedly, the passage of time can change his position and he may decide that he does indeed love you. Maybe a little time apart, as in a short-term relationship "break" could it can see the light. There is a chance it will not, however.
Remember that all people are different and while some are quick to say the three meaningful words, other people can not tell to fathom: "I love you" for every woman when they are on the verge to propose to her. It's up to you to decipher your man's actions, and between the Limes read to really see what is in his heart.

Climate change to stop the Olympics?
Only eight cities outside of Western Europe would be viable places to host the 2085 Games, according to a model that the authors of the study were designed.
"high-profile international sporting events such as the Summer Olympics represent only a small fraction of the heavy external force," the article said.
"The increased restrictions on when, where, and how the Games can be held because of the extreme heat are a sign of a much bigger problem, "he added.
other cities in the world would face a greater chance of having to cancel outdoor events because of high temperatures.
"If you are going to spend billions of dollars to host an event, you'll want to have a level of certainty that you will have to cancel at the last minute, "said UC Berkeley Professor Kirk Smith, one of the authors of the study.
the study used data temperature and humidity to predict which cities would be most risky to host outdoor summer Games, using the marathon as a test case.
The endurance events would probably be the first victim of high temperatures - they need a lot of space, so they are usually held outside, and physical exertion
And the marathon is the mother. all endurance events.
The cities included in the study were in the Northern Hemisphere (home to 90% of the world population), below a mile above sea level (to avoid altitude sickness) and had a population of at least 600,000 people in 2012 (as the games are usually hosted by larger cities).
But the study also has implications for everyone.
"Climate change will force us to change our behavior to the way things have always been done," said Smith. "This includes sending your children to play football or go out for an outer jogging.
"If the world's elite athletes need to be protected against climate change," the article said, in conclusion, "that the rest of us?" World Cup

China requires the US to Hong Kong thrust independence
In a video posted by the Chinese Supreme People's Procuratorate, apocalyptic images of Syria and Iraq are in contrast with the bucolic views of today's China.
"The mist" national and international concerns "has not dispersed the Chinese sky," says the video.
"Tibet, Xinjiang, Hong Kong and Taiwan separatism and dissident leaders, lawyers who fight to the death and other agents of western forces are damaging stability and internal harmony of China. Behind all these incidents, we can often catch a glimpse of the shadow of the stars and stripes. "
'Stay alert
In a post on Weibo, the prosecution urged people to "remain alert for color revolutions" or see "the peaceful and stable China" . become like Syria or Iraq
"(the phrase Zhai) proves the continent of justice has no credibility," said Wong.
Pro-independence candidates blocked
Beijing dark warnings come as Hong Kong authorities banned several politicians in favor of independence to the forthcoming elections to the legislative Council, the parliament of the city .
Speaking to reporters, Leung denounced the decision of political censorship commission, warning that Hong Kong will never be a true democracy as long as it is under Chinese control and called for revolution.
Other candidates were approved to run have complained about their political leaflets - free distribution of which is a right granted to candidates - blocked by the EAC.
Ma Ngok, a professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, said the EAC mess of the registration process could lead to a bump in support for the most radical candidates.
"Voters may seek to send a message to Beijing by voting for these groups," he told CNN.
The CEC did not respond to a request for comment.
CNN trainees Sean Zhong Yan and Lavanie Beijing contributed reporting.
12 things you should not forget Deep-Clean Before Summer Ends
grill being cleaned (Stephan Zabel)
Summer may be declining rapidly, but you can still enjoy most, laziest of the season, and the sun filled days to address some deep-cleaning projects that can give your home a much needed facelift.
In fact, summer is probably the best time to dive in large cleaning projects, because the weather is more predictable and you can tackle any (gasp!) Big problems before temperatures more cold set in. (It is also the best time to lie corpse on a beach, carrying nothing more than a tan, but that's another story.)
So turn up the AC, roll up your sleeves, and put some elbow grease into these places easy to miss. You'll thank us later.
1. Stores
"Metal and plastic blinds are some of the most important people of the household items should take the time to clean thoroughly, but they tend to be neglected because it is a timely chore and is frankly a pain, "said Antonio Shellman , owner of Klean Freaks, a residential and commercial cleaning service in New York City. "You will find if you do not manage dusting regularly, dust will start to pack on, dulling the surface and blocking the light, which makes it much more difficult to clean."
For metal or vinyl blinds, wipe each slat with a soft cloth moistened with warm water and dish soap. If you have vertical blinds, remove the strips and lay them flat before wiping. If your blinds are wood, no soap is necessary -. Simply wipe with a damp cloth
2. Windows and Screens
"The quality of your glass will deteriorate over time with age and exposure the sun, "said Trevor Cook , owner of Shine Bright San Diego, a window cleaning service.
glass is porous, so it expands in the heat of the day and the contracts and cools down at night, Cook says. The everyday dust and grime below the surface of the glass and make your windows look cloudy. Cloudy days are great; Clear windows, not so much.
You can attack the dirt and grime that come from a summer of open windows with a little dish soap or white vinegar and water and a scraper, but a real streak shine that will last the season, turn to the pros for a thorough cleaning.
3. Kitchen Cabinets
A simple dish soap mixture and water will reduce dirt on most exterior surfaces of the cabinet but if the buildup is especially heavy, consider commercial grade cleaners on an orange oil (test on an inconspicuous area first)
then press inside :. Use a damp cloth to collect the crumbs (or blank if necessary) and clean the interior with a cloth soaked in your soap and water. Wipe with another plain damp cloth and use a dry cloth to collect excess moisture. (Do not forget inside cabinets under your kitchen sink. According to the pros, that's where most of the cooking odors originate.) Allow the cabinets are open for one to two hours.
4. Washing machine ...
Not surprisingly, the washing machines are magnets for mold. If you have a front-loading model, spray the rubber seal on the front of the machine with white vinegar and wipe with a damp cloth, then pour two cups of white vinegar into the detergent dispenser and run the machine on its the highest temperature and highest setting.
Add half a cup of baking soda to the drum and run a second cycle at the same level and temperature, and then wipe the machine inside and dry. (For washers, you can find similar measures here.) For extra credit, here is a good tutorial on how to clean the trap of a washing machine, which can be a source of a godawful smell.
5. ... and dishwasher, too
Use a toothpick to clean the spinning arm at the bottom of your machine, and remove and let soak your filter in warm soapy water (or rub with a paste of soda and water bicarbonate). Then pour a cup of white vinegar into a container on the top shelf and run your machine on the hottest setting.
6. Refrigerator and freezer
Once per season, take inventory of your refrigerator and freezer and the basket of expired products. Remove any drawers and shelves and soak in warm soapy water. Wipe the interior surfaces - including doors and edges - with two tablespoons of baking soda mixed with warm water
Then vacuum the refrigerator coil and grill, then attack them doors. If they are stainless steel, make sure to use a stainless steel cleaner and wipe with the grain. And if you are really a detailed person, we love this tutorial for step by step instructions that promise to make your freezer sparkling dull in just 30 minutes.
7. Four
It could not be easier. If your oven has a self-cleaning function, simply set it and forget it. (You do not need us to tell you that you did?) But do not neglect your grids - for deep periodic cleaning, throw them in a soapy water bath for 30 minutes, then wipe with a Steel-bristle brush.
8. Barbecue
The Jacks of all trades at Lifehacker recommends rubbing the top rack of your grill with an onion for a quick post-grill cleaning but when it's time to really clean up the most was the worker device, you'll need to get out a little lubrication of the synovial hinge joints (aka elbow grease).
Make sure the grid is off and disconnect the propane before starting. Remove the racks and metal plates under them and soak them in hot soapy water for five to 10 minutes. To rinse, spray with the hose. Cover the area where the grids usually go with paper, and use a rigid grill brush to clean the dirt from the hood and the walls inside. Use a cleaner specially designed for the surface of your grill (eg, stainless steel, porcelain, or cast iron), and reassemble all parties.
9. Pad
DIY carpet cleaning requires the right equipment (see the roundup of the best home cleaning machines Good Housekeeping Research Institute) . Avoid cleaning wet days and open the windows while your carpet dries to keep excess moisture at bay. (At least once a year, consider using a carpet cleaning professional.) And if Fido had his way once too often with your favorite carpet, try these tips to remove the dog (or cat) urine carpet.
10. Mattresses and bedding
Vacuum your mattress and lay it on the side to dry for 12 to 24 hours before changing your sheets. Whiten your pillows on the hottest setting available, and replace your bedding for cold weather warm weather gear.
11. Shower Door
Go over the entire surface with a glass cleaner to remove scratches, use a magic eraser sponge to break gunk that was hard built on textured glass of water. To really seal the deal, use a glass processing such as Rain-X to create a water-repellent surface for up to six months.
12. Houseplants (yes, really)
Greenery look a bit dull and dusty? According Shellman, even your houseplants need a little TLC from time to time. Left alone, the dirt pile on the leaves and reduce the ability of the plant to light photosynthesis.
The best way to clean the plants is to use a dry or wet and thoroughly clean each leaf, says Shellman. So sit back and watch them bloom all year. Unless you kill them.
